Most EPIC birthday!

We wanted the absolute most epic day in Phuket for my birthday and decided to do it all, starting with the classic long tail boats in the morning. While cruising around on the wooden boat in the turquoise water was beautiful, we knew we had to elevate the experience, so we surprised the group by splitting the cost to rent the whole helicopter for the afternoon.

It was hands down the smartest move of the entire trip.

Going straight from the traditional long tail boat experience right onto the private helipad to see that exact same topography from fifteen hundred feet up in a silent, air conditioned cabin with your five best friends is a total rush. Having the entire cabin exclusively for our crew meant we could blast our favorite music in the premium Bose headsets, laugh,and take as many photos and videos as we wanted without worrying about annoying strangers. The pilot was so cool,taking us on a stunning loop over the coast and pointing out hidden beach coves we never even knew existed from the water. If you are traveling with a crew, stop thinking about it, just split the cost and upgrade your perspective. It is an absolute masterpiece of an experience.
