At Silk Sky Air, we are always looking for ways to make the island feel a little smaller and a lot more accessible. That’s why we are so excited about our newest...and BIGGEST...strategic location in Panwa.

This isn't just another landing spot. Panwa represents a major milestone for us as our very first fully Silk Sky branded helipad, featuring a flagship lounge designed to be the ultimate gateway to the south.

Why Panwa is the Perfect Strategic Move:

• The 10-Minute Shortcut: Panwa is famously one of the longest drives from the airport; often over an hour in traffic. By air? It’s a stunning 10-minute flight. For guests heading to luxury properties like Sri Panwa, it’s the ultimate way to skip the road and start the holiday immediately.

• Proximity to the Action: It’s perfectly positioned close to Phuket Town and the southern tourist sites, making it an attractive hub for both transfers and scenic tours.

• The Flagship Lounge: This is our first site with a custom Silk Sky lounge. We’ve hand-selected every piece of furniture to create a space that feels like a private sanctuary with panoramic views of Ao Makham Bay.

A View from +100m Above the Sea

What are we personally most excited about? The elevation. The helipad sits more than 100 meters above sea level. Between the constant sea breeze and the 360-degree views, it is easily one of the most beautiful spots on the island to begin a journey.

We are currently navigating the final permanent licensing and aiming for a full completion by April. It has been a long process to get everything perfect, but seeing the Silk Sky brand come to life in such a flagship location makes it all worth it.
