This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how and whether we sell or share, and how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise handle your information across all of the Andaman Aerodrone and Silk Aky Air services, including the website, and other services such as our CRM, customer service or email service (together, the “Platforms”). We’ll review this from time to time to make sure it’s up-to-date and post the latest version here.
We use the term ‘personal data’ a lot in this Policy. It means any information relating to you as an identifiable individual. This may include information such as your name, contact details, trip itinerary, internet protocol (“IP”) address, cookie strings or device IDs, as well as information that we store alongside such identifiers, such as how you use our Platforms. It also is inclusive of the term “personal information”.
When you make a booking or purchase a flight ticket, your information will be processed by us and some information, as required by air traffic regulations, will be sent to our flight operator. They in accordance with their own privacy notice and terms and conditions.
Please note that our Platforms are not intended for children under 18 years of age, and nobody under the age of 18 should provide any information to Silk Sky via our Platforms or otherwise. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anybody under 18, and we will delete any personal data that we learn has not been provided by, other with express authorisation of, the child’s parent or legal guardian.
We will update this Policy from time to time, so please make sure that you check this page occasionally to review the current version. If we make material changes to the statement, we will provide notice or obtain consent regarding such changes as may be required by law.
* Personal Data Protection Acknowledgement (PDPA)
* By making a booking, using our services, or providing personal data to Silk Sky Company Limited (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other applicable laws.
* The personal data collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, identification information, passenger details (including age), booking information, payment-related information, and any other data necessary for the provision of helicopter transportation and related services.
* The Company will use your personal data for purposes including:
* Processing and managing bookings and payments
* Providing aviation, transportation, and customer services
* Ensuring safety, security, and regulatory compliance
* Communicating booking updates, operational information, and service-related notices
* Internal record-keeping, auditing, and legal compliance
* Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only where necessary, such as aviation authorities, insurance providers, payment processors, operational partners, and service providers, or where required by law.
* The Company will take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
* You acknowledge that you have the rights under the PDPA, including the right to access, correct, withdraw consent (where applicable), request deletion, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
* By proceeding with a booking or using the Company’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Personal Data Protection Acknowledgement.
