Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please note that once you have booked a flight with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Our helicopter, pilot and support team are reserved exclusively for you and we will not receive other flight on the same timeslot.

To align with the Air Operator’s requirements, Silk Sky Air applies the following schedule:

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule the flight, the following terms apply:

  • Free reschedule with 24 hours, or more, notice.
  • Any Reschedule request with 3–24 hours notice: we will charge 25% fee (percentage used instead of THB amount for different service tiers)
  • Reschedule Less than 3 hours notice = treated as cancellation
  • Your rescheduled flight must occur within 30 days from the original flight date
  • All reschedules are subject to aircraft availability

Weather or Force Majeure reschedules are always free.

Cancellations & Refund

We understand plans can change unexpectedly. If you’ve purchased a flight ticket and are unable to attend, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

  • If you cancel within 72 hours before your flight - you can receive a refund on your ticket minus the booking fee of 25% of total fare.
  • Between 72 hours and 3 hours before departure - booking fee will be 50% of total fare.
  • Less than 3 hours / No Show - there will be no refund and we charge 100% of total fare.

No Show = Passenger does not arrive within 3 hours of scheduled departure without notifying our team.

In case of a refund, or partial refund, the refunded payment method is the same as the original payment method.
